If you register for early access, developer onboarding, or email updates:

  • Name, email address, and other contact info you provide voluntarily

B. Information We Automatically Collect

When you visit or interact with our site:

  • IP address, browser/device type, and pages visited
  • Referral source and session metrics
  • Cookies and site analytics via services like Google Analytics

C. Blockchain & Wallet Activity

When you use our protocol:

  • Your public wallet address (e.g., Solana public key)
  • Token balances, transaction history, match participation, and agent submissions

Note: Blockchain data is public and immutable. We only associate wallet activity with off-chain data (e.g., email) if you explicitly opt in.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use data to:

  • Provide and improve the ClashAI experience
  • Administer early access programs and tournament eligibility
  • Prevent abuse or manipulation of the system
  • Comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations

We do not use your personal data to make automated decisions or sell it to advertisers.

We do not sell your information.

We may share data with:

  • Infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, analytics)
  • Email delivery platforms (for waitlist and tournament updates)
  • Legal authorities, if required by subpoena, court order, or enforcement process

We do not share on-chain activity with third parties beyond what is publicly visible on Solana.

4. Wallet Analytics & Anonymization Disclaimer

ClashAI processes on-chain wallet data to generate analytics, leaderboard rankings, and match history. This includes public data such as token transactions, match outcomes, and staking behavior.

  • We do not associate wallet addresses with personally identifiable information (PII) unless you have opted into a waitlist, developer program, or user support flow that explicitly collects your email or contact data.
  • On-chain data is analyzed at the protocol level and may be aggregated or anonymized for performance tracking or product improvement.
  • Users are encouraged to use new wallets or pseudonymous identities if they wish to minimize traceability beyond public blockchain transparency.

Reminder: Blockchain activity is inherently public. We cannot modify or erase it.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., under GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information
  • Request data portability
  • Opt out of non-essential communication

On-chain data (wallet activity, token balances) is stored permanently on the blockchain and cannot be deleted.

  • End-to-end encryption for web traffic (TLS 1.3)
  • Secure cloud infrastructure with access control
  • No custody of private keys or sensitive crypto credentials

8. International Data Transfers

If you are accessing the Services outside the U.S., your data may be processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions. By using ClashAI, you consent to such transfers as permitted by law.

9. Children's Privacy

ClashAI is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 where required by law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
